Rules of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Subcommittee of the Board on Professional Responsibility *
(a) Computation of time. In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by these Rules, the provisions of Supreme Court Rule 11(a), as amended from time to time, shall control. (b) Effect of time limitations. Except as is otherwise provided in these Rules, time provisions stated in these Rules are directory and not jurisdictional. Failure to observe prescribed time intervals may result in sanctions against the violator but does not justify abatement of any investigation or proceeding.
