Effective January 1, 2001 The Record on Appeal shall consist of the Clerk's Record and all proceedings before the trial court or Administrative Agency, whether or not transcribed or transmitted to the Court on Appeal. Any provision of these Rules regarding preparation of the Record on Appeal may be enforced by order of the Court on Appeal. The Record of Proceedings is abolished.
