The Court Annexed Arbitration Program (the program) is a mandatory, nonbinding arbitration program, as hereinafter described, for certain civil cases commenced in judicial districts that include a county whose population is 100,000 or more. Judicial districts having a lesser population may adopt local rules implementing all or part of the program. [Added; effective July 1, 1992; amended; effective January 1, 2023.]
