The complaint alleging that a child is delinquent or in need of supervision is a written statement of the essential facts constituting the offense or offenses charged. It shall be transmitted to the Director of Social Services for intake screening in accordance with D.C. Code § 16-2305. COMMENT In delinquency proceedings, Metropolitan Police Department Form (P.D.) 379 and Park Police Form (U.S.P.P.) 4403 A serve as the complaint referred to in this Rule. In Persons in Need of Supervision cases, Superior Court Social Service Form (F.D.) 104 serves as the complaint.
