Hawai‘i Arbitration Rules
The Arbitration Administrator for the Program in each judicial circuit shall be appointed by the Chief Justice and shall be responsible for the operation and management of the Program, as hereinafter set forth. (Amended April 16, 1987, effective May 1, 1987; further amended November 3, 1994 and November 14, 1994, effective January 2, 1995.)
