Party. Without accounting for the nonproduction of the original, the contents of writings, recordings, or photographs may be proved by the testimony or deposition of the party against whom offered or by the party’s written admission, including the testimony, deposition or writing of a declarant whose statements are attributable to a party under Rule 801(d)(2)(C), (D), or (E).
