prove content The proponent may prove the content of a writing, recording, or photograph by the testimony, deposition, or written statement of the party against whom the III-49 (4) miscellaneous actions and proceedings related to search authorizations, pretrial restraint, pretrial confinement, or other proceedings authorized under the Uniform Code of Military Justice or this Manual that are not listed in subdivision (a).
