TERMS OF BOARD MEMBERS; NOTIFICATION OF VACANCY
Rules Governing Court Reporting
The members of the board shall hold office for staggered terms of three years. Vacancies occurring in the board shall be filled in the same manner as other appointments to the board. An appointee to fill a vacancy shall serve during the unexpired portion of the term of the member replaced. The board shall notify the supreme court when a vacancy occurs. (Amended April 25, 2003, effective July 1, 2003.)
