(a) Remote access is a privilege Remote access to electronic records under this article is a privilege and not a right. (b) Termination by court A court that provides remote access may, at any time and for any reason, terminate the permission granted to any person or entity eligible under the rules in article 4 to remotely access electronic records Rule 2.545 adopted effective January 1, 2019.
