Supreme Court The members of the Court shall, by majority vote, elect a Justice to serve as the Chief Justice. The term of office for the Chief Justice shall begin on September 1 and be for four (4) years with no limit on additional consecutive two-year terms. A Chief Justice may be removed for good cause upon the vote of three (3) justices.
