Nevada Short Trial Rules
Short trials shall not require a bailiff or court clerk, but, on the day of the trial, the court administrator or designated representative shall be responsible for providing the panel of jurors for a short jury trial. [Added; effective July 6, 2000; amended; effective January 1, 2023.]
