Superior Court Rules Governing Proceedings Under D.C. Code § 23-110
Applicability If no procedure is specifically prescribed by these rules, the Court may proceed in any lawful manner not inconsistent with these rules, or any applicable statute, and may apply the Superior Court Rules of Criminal Procedure or Rules of Civil Procedure, whichever it deems most appropriate, to motions filed under these rules.
