Summary Judgment

Fed. R. Civ. P. 56 applies in an adversary proceeding. But a mo- tion for summary judgment must be filed at least 30 days before the first date set for an evidentiary hearing on any issue that the motion addresses, unless a local rule sets a different time or the court orders otherwise.
