MISREPRESENTATION If, subsequent to the granting of the motion, the court holds a hearing to determine fraud or misrepresentation under 15 M.R.S. § 2183(7), the court may, if it finds the existence of material misrepresentation or fraud, issue an order vacating its earlier order certifying a determination of factual innocence and modify accordingly any earlier ordered record correction, as provided under 15 M.R.S. § 2183(7).
