SCCAR 4.3 SUBPOENA In accordance with CR 45, a lawyer of record or the arbitrator may issue a subpoena for the attendance of a witness at the arbitration hearing or for the production of documentary evidence at the hearing. A subpoena for discovery purposes may be issued only with the permission of the arbitrator or by stipulation. [Adopted effective July 1, 1980; Amended effective December 3, 2019.]
