9.1. Proposed Orders, Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Judgments . Proposed orders, findings of fact, conclusions of law, and judgments shall be clearly marked "proposed" and filed through JEFS or JIMS like any other document. Service of proposed orders, findings of fact, conclusions of law, and judgments shall be made in accordance with Rule 6.1 or Rule 6.2 of these rules Rule 10. TECHNICAL FAILURES. JEFS Users or other parties who claim a filing is untimely or that they have been otherwise prejudiced by a technical failure of JEFS or JIMS may seek appropriate relief from the court. The court shall determine whether a technical failure occurred and whether relief should be afforded under the circumstances.
