—Subject Matter of Discussion

Discussion need not be limited to the entry of a plea of guilty or nolo contendere, and may include any disposition without trial permitted under these rules or the General Statutes. The parties may also discuss pretrial motions filed or yet to be filed which would lead to a disposition of the case without trial. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 690.)
