Vaccine Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims
to clarify that if the assigned judge fails to enter judgment within 420 days after the date the petition was filed, the assigned judge must issue a notice to petitioner only if a 240-day notice pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 300aa-12(g)(1) was not issued by the special master.
