Subdivision (a) has been amended

to clarify that dismissals under this provision do not result in entry of judgment. New subdivision (b) has been added to allow petitioners an explicit avenue to choose to exit the vaccine program, while preserving their right to file a civil action, aside from the 240-day opt-out period provided in Vaccine Rule 10. Paragrph (c)(2) has been amended to clarify that unless otherwise ordered, a dismissal under subdivision (c) is with prejudice. 2025 Amendment
