Hawai‘i Arbitration Rules
Any stipulation between the parties relating to the conduct of the arbitration proceeding, or any factual matter therein, shall be in writing and signed by the counsel or parties, and filed with the arbitrator. (Amended April 16, 1987, effective May 1, 1987.)
