ELC 4.5 STIPULATION TO EXTENSION OR REDUCTION OF TIME Except for notices of appeal or matters pending before the Supreme Court, the respondent lawyer and disciplinary counsel may stipulate in any proceeding to extension or reduction of the time requirements. [Adopted effective October 1, 2002.]
