(a) Individual Complaints. A Complaint must be filed with the OPC within four years of the time that the Complainant discovers or reasonably should have discovered the alleged misconduct. (b) OPC Complaints . A Complaint initiated by the OPC must be initiated within five years of the alleged misconduct. (c) Fraud, conversion, conviction of a serious crime, and concealment . There is no statute of limitations for misconduct alleging fraud, conversion, or conviction of a serious crime, or for alleged misconduct concealed by the lawyer.
