Statistical Information

The Supreme Court of Appeals shall determine the repository of statistical records and the method for statistical reporting on court-based mediation. The courts, mediators, parties, and counsel shall cooperate with requests for information under this rule. Court-based mediation statistics compiled at the direction of the Supreme Court of Appeals shall be accessible by the public in the same manner as other court records. History.
