Connecticut Practice Book
The Supreme Court will be deemed in special session whenever the justices meet for consulta- tion; but the presence of the clerk or a judicial marshal will not be required, unless specially directed. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 4115.) (Amended Oct. 10, 2001, to take effect Jan. 1, 2002.)
