Special judges, compensation

(A) Special judge, other than probate court. Any special judge assigned to duty in the circuit court or district court pursuant to statute shall be compensated at a rate of $100 per day. (B) Special judge, probate court. Any special judge assigned to duty in the probate court pursuant to statute shall be compensated at the rate of $100 per day.
