Idaho Court Administrative Rule 6. Special Assignment to Magistrate Judge. An administrative district judge may order the appointment of a magistrate judge to hear and try one or more specific actions that are otherwise triable by a district judge. The clerk of the district court must have the parties served with notice of the assignment.
