The state librarian or his or her designee may maintain social media accounts for information purposes related to the Nebraska Supreme Court or State Library. The state librarian or his or her designee shall abide by the policies approved by the Supreme Court regarding social media use. Rule § 1-907 adopted April 10, 2019.
