Size of Paper

All papers filed in any proceeding governed by these Rules shall be on paper measuring eight and one-half (8½) inches. Notwithstanding the foregoing, exhibits or attachments to pleadings may be inches by eleven (11) 5 folded and fastened to pages of the specified size. An exhibit or attachment not in compliance with the foregoing provisions may be filed only if it appears that compliance is not reasonably practicable.
