Size of jury

The parties may stipulate to a jury of four or six members. For good cause shown to the short trial judge, a party may request a jury of eight members. Should the parties fail to stipulate to a specific jury size, the jury shall be composed of four members. [Added; effective January 1, 2005; amended; effective January 1, 2023.]
