Subdivision 1. Preparation and Signing. If the parties reach an agreement resolving all issues, one of the parties shall prepare an order setting forth the terms of the agreement. If the parties are self-represented litigants and the county agency is a party, the county agency shall prepare the order. All parties to the agreement, including the county agency, shall sign the original order. The order shall state that the parties have: (a) waived the right to a hearing; (b) waived the right to counsel where a party is a self-represented litigant; and (c) received and reviewed all documents used to prepare the order. Subd. 2. Filing. The original order signed by all parties shall be filed with the court, who shall submit it to the child support magistrate for review and signature.
