—Short Calendar; Assignments

Automatic Matters to be placed on the short calendar shall be assigned automatically by the clerk without written claim, except as provided in Section 17- 31. No such matters shall be so assigned unless filed at least five days before the opening of court on the short calendar day. Motions to dismiss, motions to strike, and motions for summary judg- ment shall be assigned in accordance with Sec- tions 10-31, 10-40 and 17-45, respectively. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 208.)
