Severance of Offenses
Connecticut Practice Book
If it appears that a defendant is prejudiced by a joinder of offenses, the judicial authority may, upon its own motion or the motion of the defend- ant, order separate trials of the counts or provide whatever other relief justice may require. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 828.)
