ter 11 in Which There Is No Disclosure Statement In a case under Subchapter V of Chapter 11 in which § 1125 does not apply, the court must set: (a) a time within which the holders of claims and interests may accept or reject the plan; (b) a date on which an equity security holder or a creditor whose claim is based on a security must be the record holder of the secu- rity in order to be eligible to accept or reject the plan; (c) a date for the hearing on confirmation; and (d) a date for sending the plan, notice of the time within which the holders of claims and interests may accept or reject it, and no- tice of the date for the hearing on confirmation.
