Service of notice of filing of a complaint shall be made by the Secretary or Chief Judge of the Court by certified mail or registered mail, with a copy of the complaint to be sent to the judge at his chambers, or at his last known residence address or, in the alternative, service may be made in a manner consistent with rules for service of process in civil cases in Alabama. [Adopted 3-11-74.]
