CrR 8.4 SERVICE, FILING, AND SIGNING OF PAPERS CR 5 shall govern service and filing of written motions (except those heard ex parte) in criminal causes. All pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda signed by an attorney shall include the attorney's Washington State Bar Association membership number in the signature block. [Adopted effective July 1, 1973; Amended effective September 1, 1990.]
