(a) Service. — Written motions, notices, and similar papers shall be served upon each of the parties in the same manner as provided for service of such papers in civil actions in magistrate court. (b) Filing. — Papers required to be served shall be filed with the court in the same manner as provided for filing of papers in civil actions in magistrate court.
