When more than one juvenile is alleged to have participated in the commission of an offense, a separate petition for each juvenile shall be filed. Comment If there are conspirators to any of the alleged offenses, the names and ages, if known, of all conspirators are to be referenced in the petition. See Rule 330(C)(7). Hearings on the petitions may be consolidated for such further action as may be required by Rule 351. Official Note Rule 333 adopted April 1, 2005, effective October 1, 2005.
