North Dakota Rule on Procedural Rules, Admin. Rules, and Admin. Orders
9A.1 The Rules of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, adopted pursuant to its bylaws, shall be filed with the Clerk of the Supreme Court. 9A.2 Rules of the State Bar Association of North Dakota shall be subject to approval by the Supreme Court, in whole or in part, with respect to: (i) Mandatory Continuing Legal Education, and (ii) Any matters conflicting with existing orders or rules of the Supreme Court.
