Nevada Rules on the Administrative Docket
Reconsideration of administrative rule does not act as stay. 9.1. A request for reconsideration is treated as a petition pursuant to section 4. 9.2. A request for reconsideration of an administrative rule, does not stay the rule or order unless the supreme court orders a stay. The court may impose any terms and conditions for a stay it deems proper.
