Section 2. Definitions

In this rule, unless the context or subject matter otherwise requires: 2.1 "Procedural Rules" includes Supreme Court rules and regulation and amendments thereto, of general application relating to pleading, practice, and procedure, and to the admission to practice, conduct, discipline and disbarment of attorneys at law. 2.2 "Administrative Rules" includes Supreme Court rules and regulations and amendments thereto, of general application, relating to the operation of the judicial system. 2.3 "Administrative Orders" includes Supreme Court orders and amendments thereto, of limited effect and of particular application to a court or to the operation of a specific portion of the judicial system.
