Section 14. Resolution Of Conflicts Between Statutes And Procedural Rules Or Administrative Rules

14.1 Within 60 days after the end of each session of the Legislative Assembly each standing committee in Section 8 will review any new statutes to determine whether: (a) new rules or orders or amendments to rules or orders are required pursuant to or for implementation of statutes; (b) new rules or orders or amendments to rules or orders are desirable to conform the rules or orders to the statutes; and (c) the present rules or rule-making authority supersede the statutes. 14.2 The committees shall report their findings and make appropriate recommendations to the Supreme Court.
