11.1 Each procedural rule and administrative rule has an indefinite effective term unless otherwise ordered by the Supreme Court. 11.2 Each administrative order has an effective term of 5 years after the effective date unless otherwise ordered by the Supreme Court and is subject to readoption at any time. 11.3 Upon the expiration of the effective term of any rule or order, the rule or order lapses and is void. The lapse of any rule or order does not revive any superseded rule or order.
