Section 10. Effective Term Of Local Court Rule
North Dakota Rule on Local Court Procedural Rules
10.1 Other than a Local Court Procedural Rule or Administrative Rule governing case assignment procedure, each local rule is effective for a period of 5 years unless otherwise ordered by the Presiding Judge. A Local Court Procedural Rule or Administrative Rule governing case assignment procedure is effective until otherwise ordered. COMMENT Section 10.1 was amended, effective March 1, 2000 .
