(a) Seal of the Court of Appeals. The seal of the court of appeals is a vignette of the official flag of the state with the words “Seal of the Court of Appeals of the State of Alaska” surrounding the vignette. (d) During the term of office or employment, neither the administrative director nor any other employee of the Alaska Court System may engage directly or indirectly in the practice of law in any of the courts of this state. (b) Seal of the Trial Courts. The seal for the superior and district courts is a vignette of the official flag of the state with the words “Seal of the Trial Courts of the State of Alaska” surrounding the vignette. (Adopted by SCO 412 effective July 1, 1980; amended by SCO 1153 effective July 15, 1994; and by SCO 1502 effective February 7, 2003)
