Scope of rules -- applicability

(1) These rules apply to all proceedings before the Hontana Chiropractic Legal Panel created in 27-12-104, MeA, that are conducted pursuant to the act. (2) These rules apply to a malpractice claim arising from a chiropractic physician's acts or omissions occurring on or after January 1, 1 :-19G.
