A. Scope of rules in general. These rules govern the procedure in the district courts in all guardianship actions. B. Proper person litigants. When a proposed guardian or guardian is not represented by an attorney, the proposed guardian or guardian must comply with these rules. [Added; effective October 10, 2018.]
