West Virginia Rules of Practice and Procedure for Financial Exploitation Civil Proceedings
(a) These rules shall govern financial exploitation civil proceedings in the circuit courts and magistrate courts of the State of West Virginia. If these rules conflict with other rules or statutes, these rules shall apply. The purpose of these rules is to help resolve cases in a just, speedy, and inexpensive manner. (b) Rule 6 of the Rules of Civil Procedure shall govern computation of time in financial exploitation civil proceedings.
