(A) Scope; applicability. These rules, and those Civil Rules not clearly inapplicable to the special statutory procedures set forth in R.C. Chapter 2743, govern practice and procedure in the Court of Claims. (B) Citation. These rules shall be known as the Rules of the Court of Claims of Ohio and shall be cited as "C.C.R. ." [Effective: July 1, 1975.]
