This rule shall apply to all Nebraska judges and court personnel authorized to use digital signatures. The use of digital signatures is not mandated by this rule but is required when utilizing applications through JUSTICE, SCCALES, or a court's authorized case management system. § 1-303 amended June 9, 2021, effective January 1, 2022.
