Nevada Short Trial Rules

Unless otherwise stipulated to by the parties and approved by the short trial judge, or for good cause shown, a short trial shall be scheduled, depending on courtroom availability, to commence not later than 120 days from the date that the short trial judge is assigned and 240 days after the filing of a written stipulation for cases that are directly entered in the Short Trial Program by stipulation of the parties under NSTR 4 (b). [Added; effective July 6, 2000; amended; effective January 1, 2023.]
